Yes! We provide low-temperature refrigerated shipping across Taiwan’s main island. (Delivery to outlying islands is currently unavailable.)

All products are shipped chilled. Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival.
Yokan / Namagashi (Wagashi): Best within 2 days; consume within 3–5 days.
Gift items (dry goods): Longer shelf life; printed on the package.

Yes! The Town Studio offers B2B services, including bulk orders and long-term collaborations. We can arrange production and delivery based on your schedule. Please contact us in advance to discuss details.
Most items are vegan-friendly, except our cakes, which are lacto-ovo vegetarian.
